We are a social impact company that designs creative solutions for sustainable development

About Us

AIO was founded in 2012 to produce social behaviour change communications and advocacy strategies for clients from the corporate and not for profit sector.
Almost a decade later, AIO has expanded its capacity to not only conduct client-led work but to also design and test poverty reduction solutions through trialing new services, platforms, business models and SBCC campaigns.
We stand by the notion that a well informed society is a healthy, more stable one and that every human being has the right to live a fulfilling life. We seek like minded partners to pilot ideas that make high socio-economic impact and can be taken to scale.

Meet Our Team

Based in East Africa, we combine local knowledge and insights with international experience to design business models and deliver content that makes a sustainable difference to the communities in which we work.
We have a diverse, highly dynamic team and network that cuts across multiple disciplines enabling us to be effective in designing and executing human-centred solutions.
Our SBCC communication materials are produced in-house with a fully equipped recording studio and videography suite. This enables us to work with clients and deliver content quickly and effectively.
